HTML to LaTeX

There are two HTML to LaTeX converters that I pulled from the Web. The first is html2tex which takes as input a LaTeX file with special html tags. This has the advantage of converting a set of HTML files into a single LaTeX file.

The Second is html2latex which converts a single HTML file into a LaTeX file. It has the advantages of requiring no special preparation, and printing better output then NetScape or Mosaics default print option.

To use these programs run: ``setup ~sofkam/html2latex.'' You can view the manuals from the above links, or print them by:

     cd $SETUP_TempDir/doc
     html2latex html2latex.html
     dvips html2latex
     html2latex html2tex.html
     dvips html2tex
