children(1616) whereof your subject is the eldest, but not one pennye
towards their reliefe and maintenance other than the hopes of the
said decree, by means of whose death his wiffe and children have nott
only lost a careful provider for them but also a possibilitie of an
estate which the said Nicholas had, after the said William the
