Chris Vasiloff

Chris Vasiloff retired from Ingersoll-Rand Company in 2007 after 31 years of service. He had served as a Corporate Senior Vice President from November of 2001. Since then, Chris has embarked on a second career with the formation of Cool Breeze Cyclery and the Trek Bicycle Store of Charlotte; businesses which he co-owns. In addition to winning the Small Business of the Year Award from the Chamber of Commerce, he has been engaged in local advocacy and corporate wellness programs while becoming one of the larger bicycle dealers in the U.S. for Trek Bicycle Company. During his time as Sr. Vice President, Chris was the President of the Infrastructure Sector and later Construction Technologies Sector, where he oversaw the businesses of Bobcat, Club Car, Portable Power, Road Development and Drilling Equipment, totaling over $3 billion in global sales. During his last 12 months there he also led enterprise e orts to create the Ingersoll Rand Business Operating System, a lean six sigma initiative. During his earlier career, Chris had spent over 8 years in Tokyo and Singapore where he was responsible for operations and sales throughout the Asia Pacific region including joint venture operations in China.
