Exam 3 Notes

• Time and location: The third exam is on Wednesday, December 8, from 2:00 to 2:50PM in Sage 3303. You may stay until 3:50PM if you want.

• Crib sheet: You may bring one $8\frac{1}{2}\times 11$ sheet of handwritten notes to the exam. You may write on both sides of the sheet.

• Old exams: The fall 1998 exam 3 is available from the course webpage:

• Office hours: We will have our normal office hours:

• Review: Monday's lecture and Tuesday's recitations will be review. Jason will have a review session in CII 3051 from 7-9pm on Monday. Andrew will have a review session in Carnegie 101 from 6-7pm on Tuesday. You are welcome to attend either (or both) review sessions. If you want additional help, contact your TA or me.

• The questions: The level of the questions will be similar to the ones in the text. Unlike the quiz questions, the exam questions will not be based directly on the questions in the text.

• Material: You are responsible for sections 12.4-12.7, 16.6, 13.1-13.4, 14.1, and 14.3.
