I found the snowblower about three years ago, when one of my neighbors had thrown it out, I picked the snowblower up with my scooter and I brought it home. Although its chassis had fallen into a deteriorated state, I still pursued the rebuild. To many, a snowblower with a dead engine, is a hunk of junk, but to me it is like finding a treasure. Unfortunately the engine on the snowblower was seized, so I could not test if anything still worked. Luckily I had an identical engine, to mount on the machine. With the replacement engine on, I found that the transmission was broken. With a lot of time and patience, I was able to rip out the old transmission and replace it with another one I had. With the drive mechanism fixed, I began to rebuild the front of the auger assembly. With sixteen gauge stainless steel and a few hundred rivets, I was able to construct a whole new auger housing, to replace the old decrepit one. To finish the build I grinded, cleaned and primed the body, and I painted it to my desire.

The once dead snowblower, I revived over a ten month restoration period, now works like brand new. To make the snowblower special and unique, my brother and I connected a servo motor to the underside of the transmission, so we could drive it from remote control. The controls work, but snowblowers only move in a linear motion
