Yes, Microsoft yet again demonstrated its blatant hubris, by inviting the courts to deliver a hard spanking of a verdict, which they did, which caused Microsoft to yet again display more blatant and boring hubris, which caused the markets to gyrate more wildly than a go-go gold digger at a billionaire's ball, and yes, there will now be infinite appeals and legal bills and impacts on consumers and bored journalists and headlines and we're beginning to think that Microsoft, pulling a Mae West (“When I'm good, I'm very good, but when I'm bad, I'm… better.”), pays for all this press. >top
