He signed Articles of Association in Marbletown, 1775. He and his family resided in Marbletown until 1810 when they moved to Delaware County. He ran a tannery at Tongore and sold out to Joseph and WIlliam Hollister. In 1837 two sons, Jacob and Martin emigrated to Ingham Co. Michigan. Conrad DuBois lived during the Revolution on the farm by the graveyard by the Old Olive Bridge on the deep hole.
