Summary written by John Bullough

The Doom Patrol moves to a new headquarters in an abandoned house in the Rainbow Estates. This house is populated by ghosts who died in "sexual accidents." Dorothy meets and befriends Charlie, a talking doll also known as the Inner Child. The Patrol also meet the Bandage People, George and Marion.

The Chief plans to use the ghosts, whom he terms "sexually remaindered spirits" or SRS, to power the Patrol's teleporter and perform monitor duties.

While the Patrol settles in, a group of young girls called the Wild Girls arrives. We learn that the Wild Girls are under the sway of the Crow.

The Doom Patrol is a licensed trademark of Jost Enterprises and, of course, DC Comics.
