  • Dynamic Systems Modules A series of modules that illustrate problems in process dynamics. These learning modules will be integrated with those from mathematics and science to illustrate the importance of mathematics in all disciplines.


  • Case Studies in Process Control These case studies illustrate the applications of modeling and control of chemical processes. The MATLAB/SIMULINK environment is used to simulate process behavior. Models can be identified by changing the system inputs and observing the output changes. These models can be used to design feedback controllers which can then be simulated on the process.
